Wellness workshops

As part of our project « Unis pour le Bien-Être » supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, we are pleased to offer a range of activities dedicated to mental health, physical and emotional well-being, and personal fulfillment.

Our goal? To promote the inclusion of francophones, strengthen our social ties, and enable us to return to a balanced life, whatever our age, background or circumstances.

What we offer

We offer activities that are accessible, inclusive, and adapted to all age groups and all levels of French in the disciplines of well-being, mental health and community outreach.

Art for Wellness

Want to enjoy a moment of creativity and relaxation?
We are organizing an Art for Wellness workshop with artist Isabelle Michaud from Galerie Sans Clous ✂️🌿
No need to be an artist, just bring your desire to express yourself and let your creativity flow.


🗓  Saturday, October 11, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.📍 875 Queen Street East

This Worksop is completely free and funded by the government of Ontario. Spots are limited. To register, learners must complete a registration form requiring your social insurance number. Please fill out the preregistration below and we'll follow up with the details. An intermediate level of French is required to participate. (FLS2 or higher).

In collaboration with the Sault Ste. Marie Museum, we are organising a gardening workshop for the community. This is your chance to share your passion for gardening.

Why gardening?

Gardening is about grounding yourself, letting go of stress and getting in touch with nature.

Every step supports your well-being!
Join us for the Wellness Walk in collaboration with Otter's House — a chance to slow down, recharge, and soak in some positive vibes.
Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this walk is for you.
All are welcome — just bring your positive energy and a comfy pair of shoes!

Why a walk?

Walking clears the mind, sharpens focus, and sparks creativity. It’s often on a walk that answers appear — a mindful moment where every step brings us closer to our environment and ourselves.

These activities are free and open to the public, thanks to the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s support.
