CÉFA is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a bilingual Marketing coordinator. This internship position is available to anyone over 18 years of age, living in Northern Ontario, and who is either unemployed, underemployed or looking to change careers. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of marketing principles, an eagerness to learn, confidence when dealing with the public and be fluent in English and French. Training will be provided to jumpstart your journey to this rewarding career.

Duration: 52 weeks
Hours: 35 hours/week
Languages : English and French
Start date: As soon as possible

Duties:

-    Create marketing material for CÉFA using CANVA.
-    Create digital content for Facebook and Instagram.
-    Create and write newsletters using the platform MailChimp.
-    Answer calls and emails.
-    Create a marketing campaign strategy under the direction of the Executive Director.
-    Ensure regular maintenance and updating of the CÉFA website (content only)
-    Promote CÉFA through various events.
-    Establish marketing objectives based on CÉFA's goals and strategic plan.
-    Register new learners.
-    Perform other related duties as required.

The Centre d’éducation et de formation pour adultes (Adult Education and Training
Center) is Sault Ste. Marie’s only French adult learning centre. CEFA serves the
community's needs; whether it be helping individuals improve their French for their job; to
make them more marketable or helping businesses train their employees. We also offer
French as a Second Language courses.
